The Pirate Bay torrents remain online despite court order The defendants now face paying €3,000 each every day

Peter Sunde, Fredrik Neij and Gottfrid Svartholm were last October forced to remove a list of 'infringing' torrents from The Pirate Bay. If the torrents were not gone by March 1st, the defendants would have to face penalties of €3,000 per person, per day.

The torrents are still in the system and available to the public. What do you think will be the outcome?
